The 81st International Forum on China Reform, which attracted more than 300 researchers from 12 nations, was held in Haikou on October 29.

Mr. Mao Chaofeng, Executive Vice Governor of Hainan Provincial People's Government, delivered a keynote speech at the forum. Mao stressed that more efforts should be exerted to speed up the supply-side reform on the part of Hainan, thus enabling Hainan to embark on a course of sustainable and green development at an early date.
