The commission has received your "Letter about the Application for Registering Restricted Medical Technologies Concerning Clinical Application.". After review, the commission has approved the registration of the two restricted technologies submitted by your hospital: the "Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation Technology" and the "Allogeneic Corneal Transplantation Technology".

In accordance with the requirements of the "Hainan Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Administrative Measures for the Clinical Application of Medical Technologie" (No. 270[2020] of the Health Commission of Hainan Province), you should promptly submit the duplicate of related documents to the local health commission and make notes through the electronic registration system of medical institutions. At the same time, you are required to periodically report the implementation of restricted technologies to the Provincial Medical Academic Exchange Management Center.
