Notice of the Hainan Provincial Health Commission on the Qualification Accreditation of Maternal and Infant Healthcare Technicians

(Prenatal Diagnosis) in Hainan Province

To the Haikou Municipal Health Commission and all relevant medical institutions:

Efforts have been made to implement the Law of the People's Republic of China on Maternal and Infant Healthcare and its related rules, and to improve the quality of maternal and infant healthcare services in the province. According to the Notice on Issuing Basic Standards for Medical Institutions Implementing Prenatal Screening and Prenatal Diagnosis from the General Office of the National Health Commission, after careful consideration, it has been decided that Chen Changzhao and five other qualified medical personnel (see attached) will be accredited as maternal and infant healthcare technicians in prenatal diagnosis. They will be awarded the "Accreditation Certificate for Maternal and Infant Healthcare Technicians (Prenatal Diagnosis)."
